Georges Bardawil (6-1-0) is set to make history at Brave 11 after becoming the first bantamweight from Lebanon to sign with the promotion.
Considered as one of the best bantamweights in the Arab world, Bardawil is the only athlete to capture championships in two different promotions at the same time, holding championships in Cedar FC and Evolution Championship simultaneously.
Since making his professional MMA debut in December 2015, Bardawil has put together an impressive record of six wins with just one loss. All six of those victories came via stoppage with four of them coming via submission. His last two fights in March and September 2017 both ended quickly with Bardawill securing fight winning guillotine chokes less than one minute into the first round of both fights.
Bardawil is currently training at Tristar Lebanon, for his upcoming bout in Brazil against undefeated Brazilian Carlos “Marudazinho” Souza (9-0-0). Eight of Souza’s nine victories have come via KO/TKO.
Bardawil is set to represent Lebanon in the eleventh edition of Brave Combat Federation, at Minas Tênis Clube Arena at Belo Horizonte, Brazil on 13th April, 2018.
