British professional boxer, Amir Khan has announced that he will be present at Brave 13: Europe Evolution in Belfast later this month. This announcement follows confirmation from an MMAMotion source that the former unified light-welterweight world champion in Boxing had visited the KHK MMA gym in Bahrain in May.
During the visit, Khan interacted with Mohammed Shahid, President of Brave Combat Federation discussing key projects regarding boxing as well as mixed martial arts. Khan also spent time at the KHK MMA Gym which is home to KHK MMA Fight Team where he interacted with the fighters. Recently KHK MMA have expanded their initiatives into Boxing and hosted the first boxing fight night in Bahrain. The recent developments have given rise to speculations that the British professional boxer and entrepreneur is working closely with Brave Combat Federation towards future initiatives.
The fight night is hosted on 9th June at the SSE Arena in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The event marks the entry of Brave Combat Federation to Europe. Brave Combat Federation is found by Sheikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa from the Royal family of Bahrain.
