Manchester’s own Brendan Loughnane and Kane Mousah are amongst a slew of fighters set to feature on an action packed card as Celtic Gladiator return to Manchester, more than nine months since their first show in the city.
Unbeaten prospects Lerone “The Miracle” Murphy (6-0-0) and Jordan Barton (4-0-0) compliment what is shaping up to be a memorable evening for both European and domestic mixed martial arts.
The always entertaining Brendan Loughnane (15-3-0) returns to the cage more than 12 months since his spectacular head kick knock out of Paata Tsxapelia at ACB 75 in Stuttgart, Germany. Brendan will once again be looking to put on a show in front of his home crowd in Manchester after stopping Mike Wilkinson in devastating fashion during his last appearance in the city at ACB 54.
It is no secret that Loughnane has struggled to find opponents during his break from the cage and the 28-year-old is understandably excited to get back in there after all this time, no matter who his opponent is.
Kane Mousah (10-2-0) will also be returning to action in his home town and remains unbeaten in the city after a unanimous decision win over Lewis Monarch at the Manchester Arena over 18 months ago. Mousah is looking to bounce back after suffering only his second professional defeat earlier this year, losing via split decision to UFC veteran Robert Whiteford at ACB 87.
Announcements regarding the remainder of the fight card, including opponents for Loughnane and Mousah are expected to be made in the near future.
Celtic Gladiator 22 takes place at the Victoria Warehouse in Manchester on Friday 30th November with a stacked fight card featuring both professional and amateur action.
