Brave CF welterweight standout Tahar Hadbi is undefeated in his 3 appearances for the promotion, putting together a record of 1-0-0, 2 n/c’s since making his promotional debut against Carl Booth in April 2017. He will be aiming to keep that record intact when he faces Jarrah Al-Selawe at Brave 12: KHK Legacy in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Al-Selawe is another welterweight contender who is yet to lose a fight under the Brave CF umbrella and with a record of 4-0-0 in that time, he will certainly present Hadbi with his stiffest test to date.
With the fight expected to be something of a welterweight title eliminator, Hadbi has entered his training camp at ObyFight in France and has surrounded himself with some high level training partners. Joining the 30-year-old Algerian will be three time Glory kickboxing champion Cedric Doumbe along with two time French Muay Thai champion Fousseny Papou.
“I am giving my best to be the best. At the moment some of the best fighters in France are a part of the camp. If you understand the level of competition and history of the welterweight division in the promotion, this fight decides the best welterweight fighter in Brave Combat Federation. Jarrah has defeated Carl Booth just like I have defeated Fakhreddine, who were the original contenders for the title. The camp with the best French fighters is constantly improving myself in every discipline and I aim to keep growing my skillset to take on Jarrah” said Hadbi.
